Pressed steel oval flange bearing units have oval flanges which can be easily installed onto a machine with two bolts. Pressed steel housings are light weight and made of pressed steel and zinc-coated for corrosion protection. They are designed for simple applications with limited loads and speeds and do not have any relubrication feature. They are easily mounted onto commercial shafting and are particularly useful where fabricated machine frames are employed. Units are prelubricated and designed to slip fit on to the shaft. Dual heavy-duty contact-type seals, steel plate slingers on sides for dust exclusion. Setscrew type fixed to the shaft by means of the setscrews prepared in the wide inner ring.
